Scope of Application

  1. This fee currently applies only to Lagos-based listings under the Lagos Directory section of the website.
  2. The fee may apply where Curiouscity.ng acts as an intermediary facilitating the buyer-seller connection.

Future Updates

Curiouscity.ng reserves the right to:

  1. Expand this fee structure to other locations or categories (Beyond Lagos)
  2. Modify the commission percentage
  3. Introduce additional service charges

  • Sellers are responsible for the shipment, delivery, or fulfillment of the listed item or service: Except at a time where both parties (Buyer and Seller) reach an agreement on delivery/dispatch cost coverage.
  • Buyers and sellers are expected to provide accurate transaction details and cooperate during the transaction process.

Transactions Outside the Platform

Curiouscity.ng will not be liable for any transactions conducted outside the official provisions of the platform, including:

  1. Payments made directly between buyers and sellers without using the platform’s provided payment instructions
  2. Disputes arising from private arrangements made outside the platform
  3. Losses resulting from off-platform communication or agreements
